Michele Jorgensen is well-known as a leader in the title insurance industry, specifically in the area of national agency and national title production. Prior to founding FNAS in October of 2005, she had already spent almost a decade running national agency operations. After spending a few years managing a statewide title operation, Michele accepted a position with LandSafe as its National Operations Manager. Subsequently, she founded and co-owned ServAmerica, continuing to build her reputation as the preeminent player in the national title services industry. In 2001, Michele accepted a position with First American Title Insurance Company as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of their national agency operation, Lender’s Advantage. Although she achieved great success in this position, Michele relished the idea of building a national title operation from scratch, which is exactly what she did in founding FNAS.
Michele’s expertise includes substantial title knowledge and the ability to develop and improve workflows to increase efficient production; efficiencies that benefit both FNAS and its agents and customers. What makes Michele unique is the combination of that expertise with excellent business sense. While her role as President requires her always to consider the “big picture”, Michele utilizes her managers, supervisors and team leads to keep apprised of the day-to-day happenings in each department. She inspires others to excel, and takes genuine pleasure in encouraging and celebrating her employees’ success. Her door is always open, eager to assist in resolving operational issues, both big and small. Under her leadership, FNAS is the leader in the provision of national title production and agency services. The name “Michele Jorgensen” has become synonymous with superior service in the national title and agency services arena; so much so, that she did not change her last name when she got married!
Michele lives in Allen, Texas with her husband, Mike, son, Michael, daughter, Gabriela (“Gabby”), grandson, Jeremiah and their four dogs, Ranger, Rusty, Rocky and Roscoe.
