Shauna Davis is Commercial Counsel with Maryland Agency Commercial Services. Shauna brings a strong breadth and depth of experience to the Fidelity Family of Companies. She began her legal career in environmental law, focusing on both state and federal environmental litigation. She then transitioned her practice to commercial and residential title working for a large national homebuilder. She managed commercial acquisitions for their Mid-Atlantic region and prepared title on a community level for new residential areas throughout the country. Prior to law school, Shauna worked as a planning consultant for proposed new developments in California.
Shauna completed undergraduate studies at the University of California, Davis and received a B.S. in Community and Regional Development and a B.A. in Nature and Culture. She received her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. She enjoys hiking with her family and is an active member of the Friends of Patapsco Valley State Park.
