Andrew “Drew” Delis is Commercial Counsel with Maryland Agency Commercial Services. Drew brings a decade of real estate and title experience to the Fidelity Family of Companies. Prior to joining Fidelity, Drew worked for a boutique real estate law firm and served as underwriting counsel for a national title agency, where he managed the Mid-Atlantic land acquisition efforts of the largest homebuilder in the country. Drew also has experience as underwriting counsel for a local commercial agency, where he closed privately and publically financed transactions that ranged from retail to multi-family housing.
Drew graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a B.A. in Government and Politics and received his J.D. from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law. He is a member of the Real Estate Section of the Maryland State Bar Association.
