Allison serves as Commercial Processor with Maryland Agency Commercial Services. She brings over 35 years of title, real estate, and finance experience to Fidelity as well as being extremely detail oriented and organized. Allison assists and supports Commercial Counsel and Agency with title work/examination, preparing commitments, escrow, disbursements and policies. Prior to joining Fidelity, Allison served as a manager for a local title company overseeing the settlement department and reconciling the monthly escrow accounts. She also has finance experience as an underwriter and processor with a national builder closing residential home loans in Maryland. In addition, Allison has her Maryland real estate license.
