Tom did a great job taking us deeper into the management side of our business. We went further into DISC and how understanding different personalities can help us better relate to our employees and customers. We also had some great conversations about the difference between managing and coaching.

The part our managers appreciated the most was that Tom met one-on-one with each of them to talk through specific struggles they were having with different employees. He listened, asked great questions, and coached them through different approaches they could take. Every one of them came to me afterward and told me how much they appreciated the time and guidance Tom gave them. Two of them even told me they felt like they had just had an intense counseling session and felt relieved after talking!

That really speaks to the impact Tom had. He didn't just come in and talk at us—he took the time to understand our people, our challenges, and our management team. He gave them practical tools they can actually use. I would absolutely recommend Tom to any agency looking for help developing their management team. He is so knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping us become better leaders.
