This year we have changed our seminar registration process.  You can now register for our seminar directly from this page.  Please complete the form on this page if you would like to attend our seminar.  You will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provide below.   Please look over all of the information on your confirmation.  If you have any changes,  use the link provided in the email to make any changes to your registration.  

Please be extremely careful when entering your email account on this form.  The email account you provide below is where your registration confirmation,  course certificate and seminar material will be sent.  

WE HAVE STARTED THE PROCESS TODAY (4/11/18) OF PRINTING THE REGISTRATION SIGN-IN/SIGN-OUT SHEETS.  YOU MAY STILL REGISTER FOR THE SEMINAR USING THIS FORM,  HOWEVER,  YOU WILL HAVE TO SIGN-IN  AND SIGN-OUT USING SOME BLANK SHEETS WE WILL HAVE AVAILABLE AT THE SEMINAR REGISTRATION TABLES.
