TERENCE J. NOLAN serves as Vice President and Branch Counsel for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company in Boston where he is primarily responsible for underwriting title issues for commercial transactions and assisting our agents with their title questions and transactions. He also worked for a number of years with Chicago Title Insurance Company as an underwriter in their National Business Unit in Boston. Prior to working in the title insurance industry, he was in private practice concentrating in real estate and conveyancing. Mr. Nolan received his B.A. degree from State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. from Boston College Law School. He is a member of both the Massachusetts and New York Bars. He has spoken at a number of education programs for the real estate title industry and legal professionals on real estate law and title insurance. Mr. Nolan served on the Board of Directors and served as President of the New England Land Title Association.
