Kim Whitworth is Assistant Vice President and Counsel for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. She joined Fidelity Title in 2019. She was admitted to the practice of law in Massachusetts in 1998 and was
admitted as a Massachusetts Land Court Examiner in 2001. Prior to passing
the bar, Kimberly worked as a title examiner from 1991 to 1998 at a small real
estate law firm. In private practice, Kimberly performed title exams and
prepared and performed both commercial and residential closings in addition to
preparing title examinations and tax title examinations for the Massachusetts
Land Court. Kimberly also litigated in the Massachusetts Land Court to
remove cloud on title issues. In the years just before joining Fidelity
National Title Insurance Company in December 2019, Kimberly’s practice mostly
involved solving complex commercial title issues in order to make land buildable.
