CECILE M. DESMOND is an Assistant Vice President and an Agency Representative in Boston, Massachusetts. Previously, she was an Underwriting Counsel for Ticor/Chicago Title Insurance Company from 1993 to 1998. She is a 1986 graduate of Boston College and a 1989 graduate of Boston College Law School. Prior to entering title insurance, she worked in a general practice firm where her concentrations were in foreclosure, real estate and bankruptcy law. She joined the staff at Fidelity Title in May of 2007. She is a member of the South Middlesex Bar Association and the Worcester County Bar Association. She is also a member of NAHREP, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
