Linda Grahovec

National Agency Education & Marketing Strategy

Linda Grahovec is a Vice President and the National Agency Director of Education and Marketing Strategy for Fidelity National Financial. In this role, she oversees the national agency’s communication and education efforts and its marketing strategy. She also administers regulatory compliance education and ALTA Best Practices for title agents of Fidelity National Title, Commonwealth Land Title and Chicago Title. Linda brings the knowledge and experience compiled during a long, varied career in real estate with her to work every day.

Linda has been working in real estate for more than 30 years. She was once a full-time broker and still holds her managing broker’s license in Illinois. Linda previously worked for a law firm as a real estate paralegal for eight years. In that role, she worked closely with attorneys, lenders, realtors and consumers from contracts to closings. The next open chair at the closing table was that of a title officer. Linda filled that role by spending six years working in the direct operation of Lawyers Title, which is a Fidelity National Financial subsidiary. She knows how to talk about this industry because she has worked in so many aspects of it.

She is passionate about title agency business development, web technologies, marketing, education and business plan analysis. Linda is a frequent presenter at industry events and conventions including the American Land Title Association (ALTA).

She talks to so many groups because she loves to teach and share her knowledge and experience with others, especially FNF agents. Linda is also a member of the Illinois Mortgage Fraud Task Force and active in the ALTA, and the Illinois and Wisconsin state land title associations.

Linda has a BS in Finance from Saint Xavier University in Chicago. Outside of the office, Linda loves to cook, entertain or be out on the water doing any type of water sport. She values time with her family, which includes six children and nine grandchildren.
