ONTRACK STANDARD is our basic mortgage release tracking and recording service

  • Available in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine
  • Release tracking only: $35 per satisfied mortgage
  • Release tracking and recording: $35 per satisfied mortgage plus recording fee provided in the payoff letter OR
    • $60 estimated release recording fee for Non-MERS releases
    • $159 estimated release recording fee for MERS releases with no lender deduction at settlement
    • $99 estimated release recording fee for MERS release with $60 lender deduction at settlement
    • Recording fees are payable directly to the town or county clerk

ONTRACK COMPLETE is our all-inclusive mortgage release tracking and recording service

  • Available in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island
  • Release tracking and recording for an all-inclusive fee per satisfied mortgage
    • Connecticut - $90
    • Massachusetts - $140
    • Rhode Island - $80
  • No separate check payable to town or county clerk
  • Customers of ONTRACK COMPLETE must use this service for all mortgages tracked

  • Available to Connecticut to OnTrack Complete customers
  • Get notified if and when your file becomes eligible for enforcement of the statutory penalty
  • Have peace of mind knowing the penalty enforcement is managed by our experienced and dedicated team
  • No additional cost


foreclosetrack Icon

FORECLOSETRACK is our tracking and recording service for mortgages paid off after a completed foreclosure

  • Available in Connecticut
  • Mortgages paid off after the foreclosure entry of judgment require the recordation of certified documents from the Superior Court’s foreclosure file per Section 49-21 of the CT General Statutes
  • $225 fee covers release tracking and recording of all required documents
  • Additional costs may apply for properties located in more than one town


FIXTRACK Icon

FIXTRACK is the service you want if you're stuck with cleaning up someone else's mess

  • Available in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine
  • $250 fee covers tracking of one satisfied* residential mortgage and recording of all release documents regardless of the age of the encumbrance
  • $295 fee covers tracking of one satisfied* commercial mortgage and recording of all release documents regardless of the age of the encumbrance
  • Additional costs may apply for properties located in more than one town
  • *If the mortgage is unpaid, we provide contact information to obtain current payoff and continue to track the release after payment
  • If the parties in interest are not located, we will prepare relevant affidavits of fact for your signature and cover the cost of recording them
  • If we can't fix it, you don't pay
