Randle ("Randy") P. DeFoor is a Senior Vice President and National Agency Counsel for the Fidelity National Financial. She works out of our corporate office in Jacksonville, Florida.
Randy joined FNF in 2010 as Regional Major Claims Counsel and became a senior staff underwriter in 2012. Under Randy’s direction, the National Agency Commercial Services (NACS) was created to assist agents across the country. The NACS is just another resource FNF agents can lean on and Randy is proud of what it has become. She also manages National Agency Support Services and Quality Assurance.
Before joining Fidelity National Financial, Randy served as senior corporate counsel of Regency Centers Corp., a real estate investment trust. Outside of the office, Randy is very involved in her community.
Randy obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of the South and her JD from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. She and her husband, James, have six children.
