Mary Pat is a Manager of an Agency Division with Fidelity National Financial, representing the title underwriters: Commonwealth, Chicago and Fidelity National Title. Her area of responsibility includes Florida, Texas and 15 other Western and Southwestern states. She has been in the title industry since 1987, spending the last 24 years at Fidelity. Over the course of her career, she has held various sales and management roles.
She has been a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Orlando since 2000, served on the Board six terms and in 2012 was the CREW Orlando President.
Mary Pat Graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in English. Since 2010, she has been a member of the University of Florida Real Estate Advisory Council and she served on the Executive Committee of the Advisory Board from 2013-2016. In early 2022, she chaired the University’s annual Real Estate Trends Conference.
She has been married 34 years, has two sons, ages 19 and 25 and is a huge dog lover. Her husband strongly prefers that she does not visit animal shelters or pet stores.
